The 250 acre Rossmoyne Business Center is arguably the most prominent business park in the Greater Harrisburg area. Dave Nesbit managed the Rossmoyne Business Center from 1987 to 1996 while employed by High Associates, Ltd., who owned more than two thirds of Rossmoyne at that time. Dave was instrumental in the design, development, leasing and management of more than half of the buildings in the Rossmoyne Business Center, located in Cumberland County at the intersection of Route 15 and the Turnpike.
