We also develop real estate as an investor, both with and without partners. Generally, we focus our activity within two hours of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, especially when acting as a principal. Deal-specific investment opportunities are available for investors.
Nesbit Development, LLC was formed in 2003 by Dave Nesbit, who has twenty years of prior real estate development experience as a key manager or principal of other Central Pennsylvania-based organizations. Some of that experience is included in the portfolio section of this website.
